About Thomas McGrath
Thomas McGrath Architects is a small firm based in Milton, Massachusetts. Mr. McGrath is a graduate of Columbia University School of Architecture and has been practicing as a registered Architect in Massachusetts since 1980. He is the former Building Commissioner for the town of Stoughton, MA. He holds both an Architect’s registration and Certified Building Official designation from the International Code Council.
For the last several years his architectural practice has concentrated on new construction and renovations of single and multi-family dwellings and small commercial projects, as well as condominium conversions and code consulting.
Tom has many satisfied clients, including property owners, developers and attorneys, for whom he has provided services for and will be happy to provide references upon request.
He has also provided Building Code Consulting services to for-profit and non-profit developers and other Architects and appeared before Zoning and Appeals Boards on behalf of his clients.
